TANG magazine is the concept for a periodical publication based on all things fruit! the images pictured are that of the first edition, focusing on citrus fruits. this project was a fun opportunity to explore publication design in a creative way that still felt like “me.”
the cover is made of an entirely different material than the inside, creating a “rind” for the softer inside pages. since the insides of citrus fruits are divided into smaller sections, I created that effect by including transparency inserts between certain spreads, allowing the texture of the project to speak to the design.
